Data Recovery from SATA M.2 SSD Drive

One of our customers from Wall street brought the latest and very slim HP laptop, saying that it does not boot. We know that there are many reasons for laptop boot failure problems. But the customer’s concern was the business data she stored in the laptop. She requested us to copy the data from the SSD drive to her external hard drive immediately. It was a time-sensitive issue.

We removed the solid-state drive from the laptop and checked the functionality of the SSD drive. It was a SATA M.2 SSD type drive. The device had a lot of bad sectors preventing the computer from booting, and many damaged system files due to bad sectors. We connected the SSD drive to the SSD data recovery device and recovered the Quickbooks database and all other office document files. PITS data recovery engineers recovered all the critical customer files.
