Failed Seagate Hard Drive Data Recovery

Our customer’s Seagate hard drive became inaccessible, so he requested help from PITS Global Data Recovery Services. The hard drive was not recognized on the computer. Thus, it was delivered to the lab, where we determined that the problem was in bad sectors of the drive. In order to recover most of the client’s data from his faulty Seagate HDD, we had to access the service area (SA) of the device and restore the modules located on a platter. Our engineers used our developed data recovery tools to achieve the best results from this case.

As a result, in our safe of airborne particles laboratory, the entire SA of the Seagate hard drive was backed up for further recovery. Corrupted modules were replaced, and all data was successfully recovered. The files have been copied to a brand new hard drive and returned to the happy customer.
