You see our screen. We never access your computer or files.
See exactly what was recovered, with no guesswork or surprises.
Click the button below to download the verification app for Windows:
pits-verification-client.exe. The application will open immediately without needing a traditional installation. You will notice a bright pink box on the left side of the screen mentioning “UAC” and an “Install” button. Please completely ignore this. You do not need to install the software on your system to verify your files.
If you clicked the pink install button and see an “Installation” window instead, don’t worry. Just click the “Run without install” button in the bottom right corner of that new window to go back to the main screen.
With the app open, give us a call. We will provide you with a secure Session ID and Password for the next steps.
Look for the Control Remote Desktop section in the middle of the app. Type the Session ID we provided into the “Enter remote ID” field and click the blue Connect button.
The app will prompt you for a password. Enter the one we gave you over the phone, and you will instantly be connected to our secure computer to view your recovered data.
Once you have successfully verified your files, simply close the app to end the session. Because the app was never fully installed, there is nothing you need to uninstall afterward.
All sessions are secure and private. You can disconnect at any time by closing the app.
