To be honest, I am super happy and satisfied with the delivered service by PITS Global. I have met so many people and read reviews of many others with their amazing experience at PITS. Firstly, I had ... a nice chat with my account manager, John, before shipping them the device. He even sent me a prepaid shipping label for my 4TB WD blue HDD)) Happy to say, I shipped then the device very next day and waited for ny evaluation results. So after 3 days, they sent me an email with the quote and a whole explanation of my hdd’s problem, so I can have a better understanding of their service. The pricing was fair and I decided to move with the standard procedure. Fast forward, after couple days, I got a call from Filip for the verification session. The final results were not what I expected because PITS could get ALL of my data without a missing file. These folks are the real professionals in their field and I am super blessed that I had a chance to work with them. High five for excellent results!)

I have been using my brother's 2TB WD HDD for a while but last month when It was connected to my laptop, we had a power surge which affected the device. I knew that he will be furious if he finds out, ... so I needed to move quick. A whilee ago, I already had a talk with PITS but never used them, so I believe this was the time. During a routine system update, our office’s 24TB RAID 6 array with operational data experienced a catastrophic failure. Thankfully, PITS Global Data Recovery in Los Angeles was recommended by a ... fellow technician. I am not sure what exactly happened but when I tried to use my daughter's Sandisk SSD, it suddenly started making some unusual noises. I got scared so immediately plugged it out so it doesn't cause ... any trouble. But since that, neither my daughter nor I could get any access to the device. I could live without it but not her with all her assignments there. Before just buying a new drive and trying to move on, I came across to PITS Global . We scheduled an appointment and dropped the device there. By their procedure, they firstly do evaluation, which indeed happened, and then we started the data recovery. I don't know how long did it take but it was definitely way faster than I expected. They didn't get half of the data nor 10 or 20%, it was fully 100% back. I made the first inquiry and they responded within one hour. After several texts and reviewing the service agreement, they sent a prepaid mailer which was helpful. The firm is very transparent with ... the agreement, timing and costs. PITS processed the data recovery in half the time they stated in their service agreement. They kept me updated via text message so I knew what to expect. Once the data was recovered I was asked to verify the files via TeamViewer which was not a great but adequate. I could have opted to retrieve the final files via a cloud process but I opted for a new hard drive. PITS is charging "retail" for the hard drive which is disappointing.
