I am not sure what exactly happened but when I tried to use my daughter's Sandisk SSD, it suddenly started making some unusual noises. I made the first inquiry and they responded within one hour. After several texts and reviewing the service agreement, they sent a prepaid mailer which was helpful. The firm is very transparent with ... the agreement, timing and costs. PITS processed the data recovery in half the time they stated in their service agreement.
